Student Housing facilitates a variety of programs and activities to meet the diverse interests of residents and encourages our students to get involved. Residence assistants and chalet advisors coordinate a wide range of events during the year. Exciting opportunities are available for educational, social, cultural, and recreational interaction. Pizza parties, BBQ's, movie nights, costume parties, trivia nights, bowling, and potluck suppers are just few examples.
Student Housing strives to promote awareness and appreciation of individual and cultural differences. To accomplish this goal, our live-in staff develops a calendar of events that meets the students’ needs and interests in that particular area. There are also many housing wide programs, and joint projects with the Corner Brook community.
If you have an idea for programs or you want to see an event happen, please contact the housing staff. We encourage you to take the initiative and our staff will help you with funding and making contact with campus resources to implement your project.
