Apartments are furnished with a fridge and stove, kitchen table and two chairs, two kitchen stools, two living room love seats, a coffee table and end table, and bedroom furniture which includes a bed, a desk chair and desk. All windows in each apartment are dressed with vertical blinds.

All four-bedroom apartments have a shared kitchen and living area and one-and-a-half bathrooms (shower curtains and bathmats are provided). One building on each site has a laundry/common area and storage lockers, which will serve all apartments on that site. As well, there are two two-bedroom apartments that are wheelchair accessible, and four three-bedroom apartments that are family units. This gives a total of 220 beds in the chalet apartments.

All buildings are fully wired for telephone and Internet. Each apartment is wired for cable but it is the responsibility of the students to contact the local cable company for cable services. Cable costs are the responsibility of the students that decide to have this service, and are not included in the semester cost of the apartment.
