Teaching Interests

Besides introductory psychology, I primarily teach courses in the psychology of education, the psychology of women, personality psychology, and psychotherapy. I occasionally teach courses in learning and social psychology.

Research Interests

I have conducted studies in the areas of teaching abroad, memorial tattoos, transracial adoption, women’s problem gambling, and graduate women’s experiences. I am interested in social justice as well as identity issues.
