Off-Campus Housing is a collection of programs and services designed to assist students who live off campus or are seeking accommodations off campus. The OCH office at Grenfell Campus assists students who chose to live off campus, as well as those who are waitlisted for on-campus accommodations.

Housing Search Assistance

Staff familiar with the Corner Brook area can help determine students' needs and identify potential rental options. The OCH staff can provide students with an online list of available rental properties, as well as searching and renting tips and one-on-one assistance.

Advising Services

OCH staff can educate and advise students on landlord and tenant responsibilities, roommate concerns, and any other issues that may arise from their particular housing arrangements.

Information

The OCH office provides useful information for off-campus students, including provincial renting laws, rental market statistics, contacts for campus and community resources, city information and maps, bus and garbage schedules, budgeting tips, and important links. Events & Programming

OCH staff develop and implement programs designed to enhance the student experience for those who live off campus. These include social and recreational events, health and wellness seminars, and information and learning sessions.
