All bedrooms (residence and chalets) are fully wired for both Internet and digital phone systems. Phone, voicemail and Internet access is included in the regular residence rate. Students may register at any time to have Internet connections activated.

Each floor in the residence has a large kitchen facility equipped with stoves, sinks, microwaves, freezers and personal storage lockers. Furnished lounges have full cable services. Each residence unit has a fridge and storage cabinet for food, and bedrooms are furnished with a bed with clothes drawers, desk, desk lamp, and chair. A Computer Room/Study Area is located within the residence for students looking to study or make use of the Internet service.

Each chalet apartment unit has a fully equipped kitchen facility with the exception of a microwave. Bedrooms are fully furnished with a bed with clothes drawers, closet, computer desk, desk lamp, chair, and a filing cabinet. Each apartment is wired for cable but it is the responsibility of the students to contact the local cable company for cable services. Cable costs are the responsibility of the students that decide to have this service, and are not included in the semester cost of the apartment.

Our custodial staff cleans all common areas in the residence daily. Cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, porch areas, Chalet apt. living areas is the sole responsibility of the residents of each suite or apartment.
