Apply for Residence
Students interested in residence accommodations are required to apply upon being notified of acceptance into the school. Applications and information regarding the residence are available from:

Departure
One month prior to departure students are required to complete and submit to Residential Services a "Notice of Moving Out" form obtained from Residential Services. All residence fees must be paid in full prior to departure. All keys (including microlock security card) are to be returned to Residential Services upon departure. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. A key return box is located outside the office as well as in the front entrance of Monaghan Hall. Residents are also required to clean their rooms before they depart.
Cost
Residents are informed of the applicable residence fees prior to occupancy. Residence fees are collected from residents at the beginning of each term (4 month period). Payment is to be made at Residential Services on First Floor, Room 102. Overdue or unpaid accounts are referred to an authorized collection agency except where an alternative payment schedule has been negotiated with the Director of Residential Services.
