Welcome to I ♥ Grenfell
Oct. 24-29, 2014
We just love this time of year! The I Love Grenfell team is gearing up for I Love Grenfell 2014, Memorial University’s campus-wide spirit week. From Oct. 24-29, we’ll be celebrating the diversity, excellence, ingenuity and kindness of the Grenfell Campus community. We’re planning a week of events for students, staff, faculty and alumni to highlight the spirit and atmosphere that make Grenfell Campus so special to the people who call it home.
We can’t give it all away yet, but I Love Grenfell 2014 is cooking up some new events this year, like a glow-in-the-dark race, a Twitter scavenger hunt, and Tricks and Treats in the science labs. We’re also bringing back some annual favorites - Grenfell Carnival and the Parade of Flags highlights the people and programs that make Grenfell Campus special, while International Night welcomes the public to share in the cuisines and cultures of Grenfell’s international community. We’ll be exploring the Bonne Bay Marine Station in beautiful Gros Morne National Park during our Bonne Bay Adventure, and taking care of what ails your bear during the Western Regional School of Nursing’s annual Teddy Bear Clinic and Art Session.
We’d love for you to be a part of it! Visit us at facebook.com/grenfellcampus or find us on Twitter @grenfellcampus #ilovegrenfell2014. Want to volunteer for I Love Grenfell? Contact firstname.lastname@example.org
