Within Facilities Management our Maintenance Team provides day to day services through continual process of routine/scheduled tasks, renovations, as well as new installations. Through this ongoing process, the maintenance team insures that all areas of the Grenfell Campus are safe, secure and well maintained.
General Services Include:
- Replacing light bulbs
- Snow clearing and ice control
- Heating/air conditioning needs
- Repairs to classroom/ lobby furniture or fixtures
- Electrical issues
- Pool maintenance
- Bulk mail deliver and pickup
- Classroom set-up
- Exams set-up
- Furniture reloading
- Office moves
- Lawn care
- Site Cleanup
- Signage installation
- Flooring replacement
- All general utility work
Faculty, staff & students should use our online work order system firstname.lastname@example.org when routine maintenance service requests are required. We ask that 48 hours’ notice be provided.
By providing details directly through this process (rather than informal channels), we are best able to improve the manner in which we schedule time, people and resources.
When you submit an on-line request, you will receive an electronic confirmation which will provide you with a work request/order number. You will also receive an electronic update when your work order is complete.
With the exception of emergencies, which take priority, work orders are completed in the order they are received.
