1. Dial 82
2. After the attendant speaks, press *
3. Dial <your extension number>
4. Press * to access your voice mail
5. Wait for passcode option
6. Enter your passcode to check messages

Accessing Voice Mail from Outside SWGC

1. Dial 637-6200
2. Wait for SWGC greeting
3. Dial 82
4. After the attendant speaks, press *
5. When the attendant speaks again, enter <your extension number> * to access your voice mail
6. Wait for passcode option
7. Enter your passcode to check messages

New User Required to Set Greeting (or by Request)

1. Lift receiver and press 82
2. Wait for passcode option
3. Enter the passcode
4. If system indicates a tutorial, follow instructions to create a new passcode and greeting for callers
5. If the system does not request a tutorial, press 8 to enter user options and select the option to change your passcode
