Personal Network Space

Documents should be saved on your network drive. The P: Drive is your personal network drive and is accessible by you only. Saving your files here ensure that you have access to your documents at any location (on or off campus), and regularly scheduled backups protects your files from getting lost on a USB drive or hard drive crash.

To access your P: drive while on campus, login to any computer on the network, open My Computer, and select the P: drive from the list of drives.

To access your P: drive while off campus:

• Mapping the P: drive
• Accessing P: drive using webmail (read-only access)
