The Computing & Communications Help Desk is the first point of contact for any issues relating to computers, printers, multimedia, telecommunications and the Resource Centre.
The Help Desk is available:
Fall & Winter
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
- Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Spring & Summer
- Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm
Computing & Communications' Help Desk offers services for students, faculty and staff. These services may be accessed by selecting from the list on the menu to your immediate left.
**Please note that the Help Desk uses a ticketing system and all requests must be processed through the system. Tickets may be submitted using the "Enter a Helpdesk Ticket" link in the menu.
