When I tell anyone that I planned my wedding in Corner Brook, NL, while living in Calgary, AB, they assume it was really difficult. I'm pleased to say that due to the wonderful facilities and staff at Sir Wilfred Grenfell College, it was pretty easy!
I couldn't have picked a better place for my reception. It was so convenient to arrange everything (bar services, music, a great variety of food, tables and chairs) through conference services. Everything from drapery and tables to the dance floor was arranged to my specifications. Another convenience was the chalet apartments where all of our family and friends stayed during their visit. The morning after the wedding, we also had a breakfast for all of our guests in the College's lounge. Sir Wilfred Grenfell College was ideal for my wedding and I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out.

We had great response from the people who stayed at Grenfell College during our wedding in August! They loved the space, the privacy of the bedrooms, the kitchen and all the necessities for cooking. It was also a convenient location and was really great value for their money. The common room was nice, and provided the ability to relax without having to sit on the beds like you would in a hotel environment. All in all, everyone was very happy with the accommodations, the service, and the value!
