WRITING IN THE WORKPLACE
Effective communication is essential to professional success. Improve your workplace writing skills by discovering the simplest and most practical techniques of effective business writing. Regain confidence in your professional writing as you learn how to best prepare, organize, compile, and convey meaning through various types of written correspondence. Special attention will be given to exploring what it means to be a writer in the digital age of e-mail, social media, and other forms of online communication.

FUNDAMENTALS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Learn the basic principles of project management and the structure that every successful project needs. This seminar teaches the basics of deliverables and scope: resource requirements and schedule; stakeholder identification and analysis; responsibility matrix; timeline/project plan; risk assessment; and communication plan. This session is offered in partnership with MUN’s Gardiner Centre.
