Gorge Trail Hike
Time/Location: Meet in the Cafeteria at 12:30pm
Cost: Free
Organized by: Thomas
Details: With the dropping temperatures, we can expect it to snow almost any day now. As such, we only have a few days left to experience the hiking trails around Corner Brook before they get covered in snow. Sunday is calling for good weather, so we will meet in the Cafeteria, and hike the Gorge Trail, which starts in the park and ends near the Plaza Mall. The trail is approximately 4km in length, and takes about 2.5 hours to walk from start to finish.  ***PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO DRESS WARM! J***

Winter Shopping + Wonderful Fine Market
Time/Location: Meet in the Cafeteria at 11:00am
Cost: Varies depending on what you buy
Organized by: Thomas
Details: In preparation for the fast-approaching snow, we will be organizing a day of shopping to help you all find appropriate winter clothing. Although winter clothing is normally quite expensive, we will be bringing you to a variety of locations to help you find the most appropriate winter gear at the lowest possible price. In addition, we will also be bringing you to the Wonderful Fine Market at the Royal Canadian Legion, which is a local market where you can purchase handmade crafts and baked goods. The market also has live traditional Newfoundland music.
